Are there car parking facilities at the event?

Unfortunately, due to the event being held in the heart of London there are no car parking facilities on or around Battersea Power Station. The best way to get to the event is by public transport; Click here for details.

Do I need to bring my driver’s licence to test drive vehicles at EcoVelocity?

Yes! You will require BOTH parts of your driver’s licence to test drive vehicles at the event.

If I don’t have a Drivers Licence, will I still be able to test drive vehicles at the festival?

No, for insurance reasons vehicle manufacturers will not allow you to test their vehicles at EcoVelocity without a valid drivers licence.

My drivers licence was not issued in the UK, can I still test drive vehicles at EcoVelocity?

Yes, as long as your license was issued in Europe, or you hold an international drivers licence you will be able to test drive vehicles at EcoVelocity.

Are there test drive restrictions in place?

Show visitors will not be allowed to participate in test drives whilst under the influence of alcohol, intoxicating drugs or substances likely to cause drowsiness. Any prescribed medication being taken must be deemed compatible with driving a car on the public highway in the United Kingdom – if in doubt seek advice of the senior medical officer on site.

Disabled access

EcoVelocity is committed to trying to make the site accessible for those with disabilities. However, as it is a festival site there are sections that are uneven which can make access difficult. Stewards will be on hand to help as well as the medical team if you need any assistance.

There is a 2 for 1 ticket application in place for persons who require a personal carer. To receive this, please:

- Purchase your ticket as normal.
- Select the tick box stating that you require a carer in step 2, section 1, when you purchase your tickets
- Your free carer ticket will then be emailed to you along with your purchased tickets.
- Please note that you may be asked for a copy of your DLA letter at the gate when showing your carer ticket.

There are a limited number of disabled parking spaces available on site. If you would like to reserve one of these spaces, please let us know by emailing [email protected]

I have purchased a family ticket for 2 adults and 2 children, but have only received one ticket?

You will only receive one ticket when purchasing a family ticket. The single barcode on the ticket will admit 2 adults and 2 children. Families will need to arrive at the same time to enter the show as the ticket can only be scanned once.

Are pets or animals allowed?

No pets or animals are allowed on site with the exception of guide/assistance dogs.

What food & beverage facilities are there at the event?

There will be a number of food and drink concessions onsite.

Can I bring my own food & beverages to the event?

No, you are not permitted to bring your own food & beverages onsite. There will be a number of food and drink concessions at EcoVelocity.

What vehicle manufacturers will be at the event?

Are there baby changing facilities?

Yes, there are baby changing facilities on site.

Is there First Aid on hand?

Yes, there will be first aid on site.

What are the price of tickets?

Advance Ticket Prices:
Family (2 adults, 2 children) - £25
Adult - £10
Child (between 5 and 16 years) - £5
Infant (Under 5 years) - Free

Gate Ticket Prices:
Family (2 adults, 2 children) - £30
Adult - £12
Child (between 5 and 16 years) - £6
Infant (Under 5 years) - Free

Are there any banks at the venue?

No, there will be no banks or cash machines at the venue.

If I am unable to attend EcoVelocity am I able to get a refund on my ticket?

No, all tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Will tickets be sent in the post?

No, as this is an eco-event we are only issuing print at home e-tickets. Once you purchase your tickets online, you will receive your e-tickets via the email address you provided.

Can I purchase tickets over the phone?

No, tickets are only available online at www.ecovelocity.co.uk/tickets

I have not received my e-tickets?

If you have not received your e-ticket 5 days before the event via the email address you provided, please contact us – [email protected]

Is my ticket valid for any day of the event?

No, your ticket is only valid for the day you selected when you made your purchase. Please double check the date you have selected before you purchase your ticket as tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Can I re-enter the event once I leave?

Unfortunately there are no pass-outs for this event. Once you leave you will not be able to re-enter without purchasing another ticket.

Can I buy a show guide?

Yes, show guides will be available to purchase for a small price at EcoVelocity.

Can my children come in the car with me when I’m test driving?

This will be at the discretion of the individual vehicle manufacturers attending the show.
