Committed to the drive for low carbon motoring, Kia will display an all-new range of low fuel consuming and low emissions vehicles. Using advanced petrol and diesel engine technology, new Kia vehicles are very fuel efficient and have CO2 emissions less than many Hybrids – but without the expensive technology that goes with them.
The newly launched Picanto city-car, with either 3 or 5 doors will be available to view and to test drive. With ultra-efficient 1.0 and 1.2 litre petrol engines, new Picanto is congestion charge exempt whilst containing a raft of features normally associated with much larger cars.
In addition, Kia will be planning to show for the first time the all new Rio small family car. With remarkably low CO2 emissions and exceptionally low fuel consumption across the range, the Rio is set to be one of the most environmentally friendly non-electric cars available in Europe when it launches in October 2011.
