Evelio

Launched in July 2011, the Evelio is a British built electric Supercar developed by a small and dedicated team in Andover, Hampshire.

The zero emissions Supercar offers an instantaneous surge of electric power giving a
0-60mph of 3.2 seconds, making it one of the fastest electric vehicles, and indeed cars, on the planet.

Due to the chemistry make up the batteries are much safer with no thermal runaway and a re-charge time of under an hour, with 80% charge in 20 minutes.
An average range of 150 miles before re-charge.

The car contains Vehicle-to-Grid technology that makes clean and efficient electric-powered transportation possible by allowing electric vehicles to power and be powered by the grid.

The vehicle chassis has been purchased direct from Slovakia and has been adapted in the UK to accommodate 400 volts of lithium iron phosphate batteries.

The exterior styling has been hand built and re-sculptured to create a sleek and eye catching super car finished in a silver white metallic pearl paint with matt black and red detailing.

The motor and inverter has bi-directional power capability allowing self contained vehicle
battery diagnostics and standby power generation.

Most EV’s have batteries centrally positioned (due to unsafe battery chemistry) but the Evelio’s batteries are located in the side and rear modules creating a better weight distribution (this is only possible because of safe battery chemistry).
